What it costs

One price, written down before we start.

No hourly surprises, no upsell list, no discovery phase that bills for itself. Half to start, half when your site goes live.

Before the number, the things you are probably thinking.

That this is a lot of money for something you cannot see yet. That you have paid someone for a website before and are not sure what you got. That web people talk in a language designed to keep you from asking questions. That the moment you sign, you are on a monthly bill forever.

All of that is fair, and most of it comes from people being burned. So read the running cost table further down before you read anything else on this page. It is the number that tells you whether someone is being straight with you.

$3,500

The complete build

Everything on this page, launched in about two weeks.

$100

Per month, if you want it

Ongoing care: edits, new pages, and a monthly inspection report in plain English. Cancel any time. It is fine to say no.

Founding rate: the first two Southwest Florida businesses to book pay $3,000. We are taking a small number of builds to start so each one gets full attention.
Included

All of this, in the one price.

A site built for your customers

Large readable type, real menus instead of endless scrolling, built for a phone first, because that is where they will find you.

Loads instantly, anywhere

Pages around 25 KB with no heavy software behind them. They open on weak cell signal, which matters here more than most places.

Spanish, if your customers speak it

Not a translate button. Real paired pages that Google indexes separately, written properly.

Accessible, and checked

Contrast, keyboard use, screen reader labels, and correct page language, all verified rather than assumed.

Contact forms that deliver

Tested end to end into your inbox before launch, with spam protection built in. No monthly form service.

Findable from day one

Search Console, sitemap, structured data, and instant search-engine notification whenever you publish.

Your Google listing, written for you

The business profile copy prepared and ready to paste. It is the first thing most local customers see.

The keys, and the checklist

Domain, hosting, and files in your name. Nothing locked to us. Plus the inspection command you can run any time.

After launch

About ten dollars a year to keep running.

This is the part most people are never told.

What Who Per year
Your domain name Registrar, in your name about $10
Hosting Cloudflare $0
Contact form delivery Web3Forms $0
Search Console and Google Business Profile Google $0
Total about $10

If someone is charging you $150 a month to host a small business website, that is $1,800 a year for something that costs ten. The optional care plan above is for our time, not for hosting.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Can you do it cheaper?

No, and here is why: below three thousand we would have to cut the checking, and the checking is the whole product. What we can do is stage the payments.

My nephew built our site. Is that a problem?

Not necessarily, and you already saved money. We will check three things for free: whether the form actually delivers, whether it loads on bad signal, and whether a screen reader can use it. If those pass, keep it.

What if I want to leave?

You take everything. The domain, hosting, and files are in your name from day one, and you can remove our access in two clicks.

Do I need the monthly plan?

No. Most small sites need very little after launch. Take it if you want changes made without thinking about it, or skip it and call us when something comes up.

Who should not hire us?

If you need a store with hundreds of products, a booking system tied to your calendar, or a site in a language we do not write, we are the wrong shop and we will say so in the first conversation rather than learn it halfway through. If your current site is working and just needs small repairs, we will tell you that too, and the free inspection will show you exactly which ones.
